Meet magnificent Margo
Known as Penelope Keith or
"Penny" to those close to her.
Her "Starchy" disposition gave
avenue for all others to target
her as the "Butt" of their humor.
Not in posession of a sense of
humor herself but without her,
none of the other characters
would have been able to have
displayed theirs so well! "The
Good Life" gave Penelope the
start she needed. Later in 1980
she starred as "Audry" in "To The
Manor Born" and in the mid
90's "Next Of Kin".

Below is displayed an interview that gives
insight to the kind of person Penelope is.
This interview was available on the web
a while back but has since been deleted.
We felt it appropriate to display it here
in honor of the remarkable lady who we
loved to hate but I'm sure if we knew her
we would find a kind wonderful person as
this interview indicates. This is the
interview in it's entirety.......

and on the line with us now is actress extraordinaire Penelope Keith. At
9:00 AM these events all seem to be profoundly interconnected somehow.
Born in Sutton, Surrey (in a year she politely refuses to divulge), Keith is one
of Britain's best-known televisual exports, thanks to her work in comedies as
The Good Neighbours (entitled The Good Life in Britain), To The Manor Born,
and most recently, Next Of Kin.
